Tucumán healthcare network expansion

Tucumán has begun integrating into broader healthcare coordination frameworks. The province was selected to join the federal node of Integrated Health Networks, an initiative supported by the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) to create a person-centered system through improved coordination between different levels of care. The program utilizes five strategic care nodes, telemedicine, and the training of 2,000 healthcare workers. It integrates public and private sectors, including clinics, sanatoriums, and the Hospital Padilla, to provide coverage regardless of a patient's proximity to major medical centers.
