Tunisia digital administrative transformation

Tunisia has implemented new digital platforms to modernize administrative processes across different sectors.

In the education sector, the government launched ‘Vie Scolaire’, a centralized digital system for the 2026-2027 school year. This platform requires parents to complete registration and fee payments for primary, middle, and high school students online. To facilitate remote transactions, the Tunisian Post and Ministry of Education integrated several electronic payment methods, including the e-Dinar digital wallet, bank cards, the ‘D17’ mobile application, and a USSD service.

In the industrial sector, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy introduced ‘E-INDUSTRIE’. This unified platform is designed to reduce paper documentation and physical visits for businesses. Its initial service allows companies to manage technical data sheets for inward processing operations online, featuring real-time data exchange with the Directorate General of Customs. The ministry plans to expand the platform to include further services, such as product importation and access to the Olive Oil Promotion Fund.
