In Vicenza, the municipal government has approved more than 1.66 million euros for maintenance and energy efficiency projects. This investment aims to recover 22 unused public residential housing units for families in need as part of the city’s ‘Piano Casa’, which seeks to reduce unused municipal property to 17 percent by 2027.
