Residents in Coro and surrounding areas have reported waiting weeks or months for service, leading to neighborhood assemblies and road closures.

This scarcity has forced many citizens to rely on an informal market, purchasing water from private tankers at high costs. The situation remains compounded by frequent electricity blackouts, irregularities in gas supplies, and persistent infrastructure leaks in regions like Maracay.
