Under a draft replacing QCVN 09:2024/BGTVT, the requirements would extend to M-group passenger vehicles, such as sedans, SUVs, and buses, as well as N-group freight vehicles, excluding those with five or more axles. Furthermore, the draft proposes that sleeper buses be equipped with Electronic Stability Control (ESC) or an equivalent system.
