Police responded to reports of a man behaving erratically and potentially under the influence of drugs. Officers located the man, who was naked, but he allegedly fled after refusing verbal commands. During the ensuing chase, police deployed a Taser to subdue him. The man became unresponsive and was transported to a hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead. One police officer sustained a minor leg injury during the incident.
