Zach Charbonnet return to Seattle Seahawks

Overview

Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet is expected to return to the field following a torn ACL suffered in January. After undergoing reconstructive knee surgery in February, Charbonnet participated in a full week of practice.

To facilitate his return to the 53-man roster, the Seahawks activated him from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list. This roster move required placing tight end Elijah Arroyo on injured reserve due to a shoulder injury. Charbonnet’s return provides depth to a backfield currently missing rookie Jadarian Price, who is also on injured reserve with a chest injury.
