This project aims to capture the tension and atmosphere of the original Capcom video game franchise rather than strictly following existing characters or plots. The film will offer a unique perspective on Raccoon City, centering on a medical courier named Bryan. By utilizing a protagonist who is unprepared and lacks survival knowledge, Cregger intends to create a “more human sense of panic,” drawing inspiration from gaming elements such as resource limitations and camera perspectives.
