Zhubei student bus service expansion

Overview

Zheng Chao-fang, the Mayor of Zhubei and a candidate for Hsinchu County Magistrate, proposed expanding the ‘Golden School Bus Line’ model to all 13 townships in Hsinchu County. Daily ridership included between 150 and 160 students for morning trips and 120 to 140 for afternoon trips, with a majority of passengers being students from Hsinchu High School, Hsinchu Commercial High School, and Chien Kung High School. Mayor Zheng visited the sites to monitor vehicle dispatching and gather feedback.
