The momentum continued on 20 July when AYANEO announced the Next 2 handheld gaming PC. The flagship configuration, priced at $5,299—a $1,000 increase from earlier listings—features an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 APU, 128 GB LPDDR5X‑8533 RAM, a 2 TB SSD, a 9.06‑inch OLED screen supporting up to 165 Hz, and a 116 Wh battery. The price jump follows a production pause caused by a "RAM crisis" that drove up memory and storage costs. Lower‑spec variants with 64 GB RAM at $3,699 and 32 GB RAM with a 1 TB SSD at $2,999 are also offered, with shipments slated for late July. Later in July AYANEO released visual details of the Konkr Pocket Advance, showing an indigo‑colored version with a deep blue‑purple shell and white face buttons that echo the classic Game Boy Advance.
