The product launch coincides with rising health concerns in California, where the Department of Public Health reported 30 human cases of West Nile Virus as of mid-August, marking a five-year high for the state. While the outdoor version starts at $1,088, users can monitor activity, kill histories, and heat maps via a smartphone application.
