In Montenegro, the Cyber Security Agency issued warnings regarding sophisticated phishing scams using SMS, messaging apps, and social media. The agency noted that attackers are now utilizing artificial intelligence, voice imitations, and fake videos to make fraudulent messages appear more authentic.
