Monthly liquid salaries for these positions are projected to range from $340,000 for part-time roles to $750,000 for full-time positions.

Recent data regarding holiday bonuses (aguinaldo) shows varying trends. While earlier projections suggested 62% of workers would receive a bonus, a Randstad survey indicates that 57% of workers are expected to receive one, a 3 percentage point decrease from the previous year. Among recipients, 34% expect more than $90,000, 37% expect between $50,000 and $90,000, and 29% expect less than $50,000. For the 43% of professionals not receiving a bonus, reasons include company policy, budget constraints, or the economic climate; some employers are substituting cash with gift cards, food boxes, or time off.

In the public sector, more than 31,000 pensioners will receive a government-mandated ‘Aguinaldo de Fiestas Patrias’ of $25,280, with an additional $12,969 for those with registered dependents. Furthermore, over 6,000 individuals will see an increase in their Universal Guaranteed Pension (PGU) to $250,275. Ongoing pension reforms include an automatic increase in the PGU for individuals aged 75 to 81. In the O’Higgins and Antofagasta regions, thousands of beneficiaries will benefit from this increase, which raises the maximum amount to $250,275.
