The Human Rights Commission of the State of Mexico (CODHEM) has expanded its institutional scope and outreach through new protocols and preventive actions.

On September 8, 2026, CODHEM held its first inter-institutional service day in Tejupilco to decentralize services and reduce bureaucratic barriers. Led by President Víctor Leopoldo Delgado Pérez, the initiative provided legal advice, gender violence orientation, land tenure regularization, and birth certificate assistance, alongside health services such as vaccinations and HIV testing.
