Overview

Internal friction has emerged within Costa Rica’s National Liberation Party (PLN) regarding its leadership structure. Former presidential candidate Álvaro Ramos publicly rejected the continuity of current Secretary General Miguel Guillén Salazar, citing deficient operational management.
