Recent judicial rulings in Italy have resulted in prison sentences for various acts of sexual and physical violence.
In Abruzzo, a 46-year-old man received an irrevocable sentence of 13 years and three months for the sexual abuse of his partner’s daughter between 2022 and 2023. The victim’s mother was also sentenced to six years and six months for complicity.
