In Manizales, the Secretariat of Culture and Civics is implementing community-focused projects. These include the ‘Viaje al pasado’ exhibition at the University of Caldas, which utilizes photography, modeling, and engraving to revitalize the Pinacoteca art collection. The city is also hosting the ‘Generación Filminutos’ workshop in the La Enea community to teach short-form video storytelling, alongside the ‘Cultura en la Calle’ strategy, which brings artistic activities to neighborhoods such as Sinaí to strengthen social ties.
