Additional damage was reported to railway infrastructure in Dnipro and Kharkiv, and a combined heat and power plant in Shostka. In Kharkiv, a drone strike on a residential building injured three people, while in Sumy, drones struck a non-residential building and a car wash. In response, Ukrainian forces conducted retaliatory strikes deep within Russian territory. Ukrainian drones and Neptune cruise missiles reportedly struck the Kombinat Kamensky facility in the Rostov region, a site involved in fuel production. Conflict intensity has continued to rise.
