Available roles range from high-skill positions, such as mechanical, chemical, civil, and electrical engineers, as well as IT professionals, to administrative staff, sales consultants, and technical trades.

Minister of Labor and Social Security Niki Kerameus described the event as the largest of its kind in Thessaloniki. Addressing specialized labor shortages, Kerameus highlighted vocational initiatives, such as apprenticeship programs in Grevena where students combine practical training with classroom instruction to secure guaranteed employment.
