A judicial investigation into involuntary manslaughter continues. While initial reports suggested the truck had crossed a continuous line, a 32-year-old driver from a Lithuanian transport company told an investigating judge that the Mini Cooper driven by Altmayer crossed the line and deviated from its lane. Investigations confirmed the truck driver tested negative for alcohol and drugs.
