Five Finger Death Punch tenth album
Entities: Camden, New Jersey · Zoltan Batori · Five Finger Death Punch · Legacy
Overview
In late June 2026 Five Finger Death Punch confirmed its untitled tenth studio album, later named *Legacy*, slated for digital release on 31 July and physical release on 18 September via Better Noise Music. The record features the earlier single “Eye of the Storm” and a second preview track “De Oppresso Liber,” released with a music video and described by guitarist Zoltan Bathory as “more than just a motto – a calling, a philosophy, a willingness to stand between danger and those who cannot defend themselves.” Frontman Ivan Moody said the 20‑year mark is a milestone, not a destination, and the title reflects both a retrospective and a glimpse of the band’s future. The band debuted the title track “Legacy” live at a Camden, New Jersey show on 20 July, performing it alongside the two singles. Fan‑recorded video of the performance was posted to YouTube. Guitarist Zoltan Batori reiterated that the album’s name represents a “cross‑section of two decades of work” and looks ahead to what lies beyond. To celebrate the anniversary, a world tour begins in North America on 20 July, runs through October, and will continue to Europe and other regions in 2027, featuring guest acts such as Lamb of God, Bleed From Within, Cody Jinks and Eva Under Fire. Part of the tour revenue will be donated to support U.S. Olympic and Paralympic athletes preparing for the 2028 Los Angeles Games. “Eye of the Storm” has entered the Top 5 on rock radio, amassing over 3.9 million Spotify streams and 1.6 million YouTube views. The single also became the band’s 18th No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, extending its record for the longest streak of consecutive chart‑toppers in the chart’s 45‑year history.
