Additional reforms include the expansion of the Digital Tutoring programme to first- and second-year high school classes, the integration of artificial intelligence in education, and the inclusion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in thirteen public secondary schools starting in September 2026. To manage this, Minister Sofia Zacharaki has established specific enrollment criteria: students must complete their first year of Lyceum with a minimum grade of 10 in English, Mathematics, and Modern Greek Language and Literature.
