The union has also appealed to Prime Minister Donald Tusk to separate Siarkopol from the group and merge it with Enea, arguing the current structure blocks over 100 million PLN in necessary sulfur deposit investments.

Simultaneously, workers at Zakłady Azotowe Puławy are engaged in a collective dispute. While management has proposed a base salary increase, union representatives stated the offer falls significantly short of their 1,500 PLN monthly demand.
