Additionally, ATR/BPN has set a target to certify 11 million low-income housing (MBR) land plots by 2029 through schemes such as Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL). These reforms occur as global agribusinesses face increasing concentration, with a few major companies controlling significant portions of the global seed and pesticide markets.
