In Tapachula, Chiapas, the FSTSE reported that the Roberto Nettel Flores Clinic lacks medications and surgical supplies, with its operating room non-functional and expansion delayed until 2027. Additionally, the SNTE Section 8 in Chihuahua has requested President Claudia Sheinbaum’s intervention to resolve legal disputes regarding a 20-hectare site, which have stalled the construction of a new ISSSTE Specialty Hospital.
