Evidence includes WhatsApp chats, call records, and statements from approximately 80 to 85 witnesses.

New details reveal that Goyal and Chaudhary had allegedly entered into a clandestine marriage in Rajasthan in December 2025, prior to Goyal’s engagement to Agarwal. Police claim Goyal instigated the attack by pushing Agarwal, after which Chaudhary reportedly kicked him off the cliff.

Following the filing, Agarwal’s father, Vishal Agarwal, expressed suspicion regarding the potential involvement of Goyal’s family members. He has called for the appointment of Ujjwal Nikam as a special public prosecutor, requested a fast-track court, and asked for police protection for three eyewitnesses who reportedly saw the incident.
