Additionally, Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay announced a new aid program for undergraduate students from low-income families residing in Konya. Eligible students attending state universities, or those at private universities on a 100% full scholarship, can apply for a total of 15,000 Turkish Lira, provided in monthly installments of 5,000 Lira over a three-month period.
