MedLife expansion of diagnostic services in Romania

Shortly thereafter, MedLife signed an agreement to acquire a 75% majority stake in Qualipat, a specialist in pathological anatomy, immunohistochemistry, and molecular testing operating out of Timișoara and Oradea. This acquisition is intended to integrate Qualipat’s expertise in oncology and biomarker interpretation with MedLife’s existing genomics and microbiome services. The partnership aims to create a unified diagnostic ecosystem and facilitate developments in digital pathology through artificial intelligence.
