Regarding the administrative timeline, the Inter-institutional Commission for the Training of Human Resources for Health (CIFRHS) has announced that the specialty selection guide for ENARM 2026 will be released after 18:00 hours on October 16, 2026. This guide is required for applicants to navigate the platform, requirements, and deadlines for selecting medical specialties and hospital residency sites.
