Overview

The Michelin Guide has expanded its coverage and recognition within the United States for its 2026 editions. In Mississippi, 13 restaurants and professionals received 14 total recognitions, including Bib Gourmand awards for Elvie’s in Jackson and Sacred Ground Barbecue in Flora, alongside 11 recommended restaurants and an Exceptional Cocktail Award for an Oxford-based mixologist. In South Carolina, Motor Supply Co. Bistro in Columbia earned a recommendation for the second consecutive year, joining Di Vino Rosso as a recognized establishment.
