The project will introduce the AvaniWell brand to Australia, transforming the Elysia Wellness Retreat into a specialized center featuring 70 wellness suites, 26 treatment rooms, magnesium pools, and infrared saunas. The unified resort will offer 204 rooms and suites, an 18-hole golf course, 24 meeting spaces, and amenities including pickleball courts and an outdoor cinema. Culinary additions include the Chakraya restaurant, which will focus on Sri Lankan flavors. Full completion of the resort is anticipated by the third quarter of 2027.
