These proceeds support the Missouri State Fair Foundation’s Youth in Agriculture fund for student scholarships.

According to Director Jason Moore, the 11-day event drew 333,489 attendees. Future development plans for 2027 include road upgrades, the addition of nearly 500 campsites, and the construction of an ancillary barn to connect the Parson Arena with the sheep barn to create a large multi-use complex.
