Overview

Two women and a 9-year-old child went missing while tubing on the Muskegon River in Newaygo County, Michigan. The search was initiated after a vehicle belonging to one of the women was discovered with a broken window near a boat launch.

Initial reports indicated the trio was located by Michigan State Police, K-9 teams, and volunteers approximately one mile from the launch site.
