Led by Madhulika Kaushik, sessions focused on effective public leadership, while Neelam Gorhe led discussions on gender-responsive governance and gender budgeting. Additionally, Saharanpur Chief Development Officer Sumit Mahajan conducted sessions regarding the role of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) in advancing women’s empowerment.
