According to Environment Undersecretary Maximiliano Pérez Viecenz, the program aims to “bring source separation and containment directly to the city’s neighborhoods.”

Alongside these environmental initiatives, Paraná implemented a new commercial licensing regime. This system simplifies the authorization process for low-complexity businesses by allowing immediate operation upon documentation submission and utilizing QR codes for digital verification.
