Pedro Acosta's season post‑surgery

Spanish MotoGP rookie Pedro Acosta missed the Dutch Grand Prix after developing numbness in three fingers of his right hand, a sign of recurring carpal‑tunnel compartment syndrome. KTM advanced his wrist surgery, which was performed on 28 June and reported as successful and complication‑free. The team announced on 29 June that he had been cleared to race at the German Grand Prix, subject to a final medical assessment.

Nine days post‑operation, Acosta received medical clearance to compete at the Sachsenring.
