Total payments to beneficiaries, including advances, have exceeded 5.1 billion euros, representing 37.6% of approved funds.

Of the total 22.995 billion euro allocation, 83% has been put out to tender, comprising 51% from the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) and 30% from the European Social Fund+ (ESF+). Several programs, including Mar 2030, Sustentável 2030, Lisboa 2030, and Norte 2030, have placed over 90% of their programmed values out to tender. Currently, 1,467 notices have been launched, with 210 remaining open.

In regional developments, the Alentejo 2030 program reports a 53.5% approval rate for its operations, with the Just Transition Fund (FTJ) reaching 88.7%. In the Norte 2030 program, the Alto Minho sub-region has become a major beneficiary, with Viana do Castelo leading with 119 projects totaling approximately 365 million euros.
