Poste Italiane record deliveries, launches new services

Financially, revenues rose 13.1 % to €6.8 billion and adjusted EBIT increased 7 % to €1.8 billion, reflecting the operational growth.

In August 2026, Poste Italiane launched “Poste Delivery Web,” a digital service that lets customers ship luggage and parcels up to 70 kg domestically and up to 30 kg internationally via its website or app. The platform offers home pickup, delivery to alternate addresses, post offices or Punto Poste points, and integrates the Borsellino Spedizioni credit system with a bonus of up to 15 % on each top‑up. Shipments are trackable with email or SMS notifications.

A related offering, 2ruotExpress, enables transport of motorcycles, scooters and bicycles within Italy and to Barcelona. Handled by Sda, the express arm of Poste Italiane, items are insured against fire, theft and damage, placed in metal cages with satellite tracking, and can be collected at any of the 90 Sda branches nationwide.
