These redesigned service points act as integrated hubs for energy, technology, and connectivity, featuring specialized zones for energy consulting, digital management, and smart home equipment. The network supports the activation of DEH Fiber high-speed internet. The store model includes a rapid service zone, a specialized energy consultant zone, and a ‘myΔΕΗ ServicePoint’ for digital tasks. Additionally, 70 stores feature a ‘TechLiving Zone’ focused on energy saving, electric mobility, and smart home products. To improve accessibility, 80 stores offer a ‘Quiet Hour’ service for neurodivergent individuals. The company intends to continue the expansion of this retail network through 2026.
