This administrative shift is supported by the ongoing execution of major infrastructure and industrial projects designed to facilitate the city’s transition to a ‘green, digital, and high-tech model.’ Key developments include the commencement of the 5,810 billion VND VSIP Quảng Ninh industrial park, a 448.16-hectare project, the VB Quảng Yên industrial park, and the modernization of coal processing through the 469.6 billion VND Mạo Khê coal screening plant.
