To support this financial investment, the club has also focused on restructuring its squad. President Olivier Cloarec noted that the team identified “critical weaknesses” during its first season, specifically regarding squad depth and the quality of the bench during the final stages of matches. To address this, the club has implemented a new recruitment strategy involving early market engagement to secure players capable of meeting the high physical intensity of the championship.
