In a recent legal development, the Administrative Court of Slovenia temporarily suspended a Ministry of Culture decision regarding music production funding. This ruling allows a previous decision to remain in effect, which approved approximately 3.5 million euros for music production. The Ministry expressed concern that the suspension leaves it without a legal basis to implement necessary public finance safeguards.
