High-speed incidents included a motorcyclist clocked at 189 km/h in a 120 km/h zone.

In late August 2026, the Regensburg unit of the Oberpfalz traffic police conducted extensive operations. A single enforcement action on the A93 near Pentling, where the limit is 80 km/h, resulted in 79 driving bans alongside fines and penalty points; the fastest vehicle was recorded at 162 km/h. Other actions included monitoring the Nibelungenbrücke in Regensburg, the B85 in Roding, and the St2145 near Barbing.
