The state health directorate urged residents to hydrate, stay in shade and avoid strenuous outdoor work. Isolated showers of 5‑25 mm and occasional thunderstorms may bring brief relief, but wind gusts of 40‑60 km/h persist and the dry dust layer is expected to keep precipitation minimal for the next two‑to‑three weeks across northern and central Mexico.
