This follows the previous clearance of blocks 4 and 6. The recovery process is scheduled to be completed within 30 days of the decision's issuance, with local authorities and police coordinating the procedures.

Managed by the Thanh Da Housing Development Joint Stock Company, the project aims to rebuild the area across approximately 73,211 square meters. The developer is tasked with arranging temporary accommodation for residents. The development plan includes the construction of approximately 1,750 resettlement apartments. Tenants of the recovered public property will be eligible for relocation assistance, temporary housing, and options to rent or purchase resettlement housing in accordance with government decrees. Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026 once the developer receives the cleared site.
