Subsequent casting updates added Shido Nakamura as the ninja leader Hattori Hanzo, Tsuyoshi Naito as Tokugawa Ieyasu, and Chiaki Kuriyama as Yodo-dono. Other ensemble members include So Takei, Ryutaro Imai, Kousho Makino, Joel Dickson, Kenta Hamano, Tetsu Kaneda, Yoshihiko Hakamada, Rinka Kumada, Ryuga Sato, and Mendy Sekiguchi.

The production utilizes advanced visual technology and AI-enhanced effects, with filming taking place on location in Kyoto, to target a global audience through large-scale action sequences and human drama.
