While Atlas initially proposed a loan with an option to buy, Boca Juniors insisted on a permanent sale. During his tenure at Boca, Zenón appeared in 92 matches, scoring 12 goals and providing eight assists.

Manager Rodolfo Arruabarrena previously noted he would continue to select Zenón until an official transfer notification was received. Regarding the squad's health, Leandro Paredes is recovering from a muscle contraction and is expected to return to the starting lineup for the Copa Sudamericana quarter-final against Sao Paulo. Arruabarrena has also praised the form and attitude of Alan Velasco, noting the player’s desire to improve despite fan criticism.

On the defensive front, the club continues to monitor recruitment, with Nehuén Pérez remaining a priority target for the center-back position, though formal negotiations have not been established.
