It enables digital vehicle transfers via facial biometrics, a 40% discount on traffic fines for those who acknowledge infractions via the app, and the ability to transfer penalty points to the actual driver if the recipient accepts the notification via the app within 30 days. For the practical exam, candidates use a scoring system where faults are weighted from 1 to 6 points, and the parallel parking maneuver (baliza) is evaluated as part of the overall driving route.
