The festival is scheduled to run from approximately October 24 to November 2, featuring artisanal products, food, and recreational activities. Following the finalization of the San Giuseppe La Rena site, the event officially commenced with an inauguration on Sunday, October 25.

To manage the expected influx of visitors, the municipality has implemented a special traffic management plan involving significant road closures and transit restrictions on via Amerigo Vespucci and via Forcile. Exceptions to these restrictions are granted for residents, emergency services, and individuals with disabilities. Operating hours are set from 9:00 to 24:00 on holidays and pre-holidays, and from 9:00 to 22:30 on weekdays.
