On October 7, 2026, Norman missed a scheduled court appearance due to his continued hospitalization, a status being verified by DOVVSU. Following his discharge, Minister Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey met with Norman to discuss family safety and emotional welfare. The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection has announced that social welfare officers will monitor the wellbeing of the couple’s children to ensure a stable environment during the ongoing police inquiry.

Amid the proceedings, Addo posted a cryptic message on Instagram, stating, ‘A GOOD DANCER SHOULD KNOW WHEN TO LEAVE THE STAGE.’ She also suggested she felt ‘free’ and that ‘the show just got started,’ fueling speculation regarding further legal action.
